  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the chickpea pasta according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
