- Olive oil - 25 milliliters

- Chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds) - 30 grams
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chickpea flour, stirring continuously for about 5 minutes until it becomes fragrant and slightly golden.
- Gradually add the water to the saucepan, stirring to avoid lumps, and cook for another 5 minutes until it thickens.
- Lower the heat and add the tahini, honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon, mixing well until fully combined and smooth.
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a small greased dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top and gently press them in.
- Let it cool at room temperature for about 20 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
