Steps
- In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add the chopped parsley and crumbled feta cheese to the mixture, stirring to combine.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then fold it into the chickpea flour mixture until fully integrated.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil to coat the surface.
