  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons for frying

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients while whisking to create a smooth batter.
  3. Fold in the chopped parsley, dill, green onion, and minced garlic until well combined.
  4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
