- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 1/2 cup (75 grams), halved
- Red onion - 1/4 cup (40 grams), thinly sliced
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chopped spinach to the skillet, cooking until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, wilted spinach, crumbled feta cheese, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the chickpea and spinach mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.

- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the toppings.
