  • Fresh spinach - 100 grams, chopped
  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Tapioca flour - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water - 100 milliliters

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cooked chickpeas, chopped spinach, olive oil, and water to the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix until a dough forms, ensuring the chickpeas are partly mashed to create a cohesive texture.
  5. Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and press it out into a flat, round shape, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
