- Water - 150 milliliters
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the dry ingredients while whisking until you have a smooth batter.
- Fold in the chopped parsley and oregano into the batter.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Pour half of the batter into the skillet and spread it evenly to form a round flatbread.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook for another 5 minutes on the other side.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make the second flatbread.
