  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tzatziki sauce - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh spinach - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  4. While the chicken marinates, roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle.
  5. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone and spread a thin layer of tzatziki sauce over the base.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken pieces for about 5-7 minutes, until cooked through.
  7. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and fresh spinach over the pizza.
  8. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
  9. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve with extra tzatziki on the side.
