- Almond flour - 200 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chard - 200 grams, chopped
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, egg, and olive oil until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a 20 cm (8 inch) pie dish evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
- In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, then sauté the onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped chard to the skillet; cook until the chard is wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in fresh dill, salt, and black pepper; remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Spread the chard mixture evenly over the almond flour crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
