Ingredients

  • Chopped almonds - 30 grams
  • Chopped pistachios - 30 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water and honey over medium heat, stirring until the honey dissolves completely.
  2. Add tahini to the saucepan and mix well until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and fold in the chopped walnuts, almonds, and pistachios until evenly distributed.
  5. Grease a small dish or mold with a little tahini or oil, then pour the mixture into the prepared dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
