  • Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, sliced
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Begin by ricing the cauliflower using a food processor or grater until it resembles orzo-sized pieces.
