- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cabbage leaves - 4 large
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tomato - 1 medium, diced
- Cucumber - 1 small, diced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the cabbage slaw. In a separate bowl, combine the diced tomato, cucumber, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well.
