Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped red onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, crumbled feta cheese, and egg.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then shape the mixture into two equal patties.
- Preheat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
- Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve the bifteki patties with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over, and enjoy them with your favorite gluten-free sides.
