  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
