- Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for brushing)
- Lemon - 1, cut into wedges (for serving)
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, minced garlic, finely chopped red onion, parsley, mint, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients well with your hands until fully combined, then form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly brush the grate with olive oil to prevent sticking.
