  • Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh mint - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for brushing)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, minced garlic, finely chopped red onion, parsley, mint, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly brush the grate with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the meatballs on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on the outside and cooked through.
