- Beef sirloin - 400 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes

- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into squares
- Red onion - 1 medium, cut into squares
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting the bell pepper and red onion into squares.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef, bell pepper, and red onion onto the soaked skewers, alternating between the beef and vegetables.
