- Oats - 100 grams
- Whey protein powder (vanilla) - 30 grams
- Almonds (chopped) - 30 grams
- Walnuts (chopped) - 30 grams
- Honey - 30 grams
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Unsweetened almond milk - 60 ml
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish (about 20x20 cm) with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, whey protein powder, chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the honey, Greek yogurt, and almond milk until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Add water as needed to achieve a sticky consistency.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
- Store the bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
