Ingredients

  • Oats - 100 grams
  • Whey protein powder (vanilla) - 30 grams
  • Almonds (chopped) - 30 grams
  • Walnuts (chopped) - 30 grams
  • Honey - 30 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Unsweetened almond milk - 60 ml

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish (about 20x20 cm) with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, whey protein powder, chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the honey, Greek yogurt, and almond milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Add water as needed to achieve a sticky consistency.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
  8. Store the bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
