- Water - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped walnuts, chopped almonds, honey, and cinnamon to create the filling.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush lightly with olive oil. Repeat this process with two more sheets, stacking them on top of each other.
- Spread a thin layer of the nut mixture along one edge of the phyllo dough.
- Carefully roll the phyllo dough over the filling to form a tight log, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the baklava bites on a greased baking sheet, brushing the tops with a little more olive oil.
