- Feta cheese - 30 grams, crumbled
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and dry the zucchini, then slice them into thin rounds, about 3-5 mm thick.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the zucchini slices to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning mixture.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the baking time.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the hot zucchini chips.
