  • Zucchini - 2 medium (about 300 grams)

  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 30 grams, crumbled

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the zucchini, then slice them into thin rounds, about 3-5 mm thick.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the zucchini slices to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning mixture.
  5. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the baking time.
  7. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the hot zucchini chips.
