Ingredients

  • Green olives - 150 grams
  • Black olives - 150 grams
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh oregano - 2 teaspoons, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon - 1, zested and juiced
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the green olives, black olives, minced garlic, crumbled feta cheese, chopped oregano, chopped thyme, red pepper flakes, olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  3. Toss the mixture gently until all ingredients are well coated with the olive oil and season with black pepper to taste.
