- Octopus - 500 grams, cleaned and cut into pieces
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the octopus pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a baking dish, arrange the marinated octopus and scatter the halved cherry tomatoes around it.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, allowing the top to brown slightly.
- Once done, remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
