- Lamb shoulder - 300 grams
- Potatoes - 400 grams
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Fresh rosemary - 2 sprigs, chopped
- Fresh thyme - 2 sprigs, chopped
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Water - 200 milliliters
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Cut the lamb into bite-sized pieces and marinate it in the herb mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges, then place them in a baking dish.
- Add the marinated lamb on top of the potatoes and pour in the water.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the lamb is browned and the potatoes are tender.
