  • Ground lamb - 100 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh mint - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground lamb, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped mint, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Fold in the crumbled feta cheese gently until evenly distributed.
  5. Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 4 cm in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle the olive oil over the meatballs.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
