- Ground lamb - 100 grams
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh mint - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground lamb, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped mint, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the crumbled feta cheese gently until evenly distributed.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 4 cm in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the meatballs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
