Ingredients

  • Kalamata olives - 100 grams, pitted
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, pitted Kalamata olives, and minced garlic.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano and black pepper. Toss to combine.
