Ingredients
- Feta cheese - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh oregano - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a small baking dish, place the feta cheese block in the center.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the feta cheese.
- Sprinkle the chopped oregano, thyme, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt evenly over the feta.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes around the feta in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the feta is warm and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
