Ingredients

  • Feta cheese - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh oregano - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. In a small baking dish, place the feta cheese block in the center.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the feta cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped oregano, thyme, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt evenly over the feta.
  5. Add the halved cherry tomatoes around the feta in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the feta is warm and slightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
