Ingredients

  • White fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia) - 300 grams
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a baking dish, arrange the white fish fillets in a single layer.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Drizzle half of the olive oil mixture over the fish fillets.
  5. Scatter the cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives around the fish in the baking dish.
  6. Place the feta cheese on top of the fish and drizzle the remaining olive oil mixture over everything.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the feta is slightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
