  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and let it cool slightly, then mix in the crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Divide the spinach mixture evenly between two small baking dishes or ramekins.
