  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams (crumbled)
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped, for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat the chickpeas evenly.
  3. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chickpeas are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Remove the chickpeas from the oven and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to warm the feta.
