- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
