- Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat the broccoli evenly.
