Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets - 300 grams
  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 100 grams
  • Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat the broccoli evenly.
  3. Spread the broccoli mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
