  • ripe avocado - 1 medium
  • Greek yogurt (full-fat) - 200 grams
  • cucumber - 1 small, grated
  • garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • extra virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth, leaving a few chunky pieces for texture.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt to the bowl and mix until combined.
  4. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
  5. Incorporate the grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, olive oil, salt, and black pepper into the avocado-yogurt mixture.
  6. Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is creamy.
