- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Start by preparing all the vegetables: dice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, thinly slice the red onion, and chop the parsley.
