- Zucchini - 100 grams, grated

- Cooked Chickpeas - 150 grams, mashed
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh Parsley - 30 grams, chopped
- Ground Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- All-purpose Flour - 50 grams
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
- Greek Yogurt - 100 grams (for dipping)
- Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon (for dipping)

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, grated carrot, chopped bell pepper, mashed chickpeas, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Add ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the mixture, and stir until well combined.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour to the mixture, mixing until it holds together but is not too sticky.
- Form the mixture into small balls or patties, about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the boulettes in batches, cooking for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the boulettes are cooking, prepare the dip by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
