- Water - 250 milliliters
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Spinach - 100 grams, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red bell pepper - 1 small, diced
- Fresh basil - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, olive oil, nutritional yeast, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, diced red bell pepper, chopped basil, and sliced olives until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 20 cm (8-inch) tart pan or pie dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
