- Black olives - 100 grams, pitted and sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Thyme - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Basil - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes until they are soft and caramelized.
- Add the minced garlic to the onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant. Season with salt, black pepper, thyme, and basil.
- Roll out the vegan pastry dough on a lightly floured surface to fit a 9-inch tart pan. Place the dough in the tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.
