- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegan butter - 50g
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chopped parsley and dill to the skillet, and cook for another minute.
- Mix in the seaweed, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until well combined.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the vegan butter until melted and evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish, spreading it evenly.
