Ingredients

  • Ripe avocado - 1 medium (about 150g)
  • Hummus - 100g
  • Tomato - 1 medium (about 120g)
  • Cucumber - 1 small (about 100g)
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and lightly toast it in a toaster or under a broiler until golden brown.
  2. While the baguette is toasting, prepare the filling by slicing the avocado in half, removing the pit, and scooping the flesh into a bowl.
