- Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine the Toulouse sausage with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form two patties.
- Cook the sausage patties on the grill or skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and browned.
