- Egg - 1 large

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Canned octopus or squid - 150 grams, drained and chopped
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, melted coconut oil, egg, salt, and black pepper to form a dough.
- Press the dough into a greased tart pan, covering the bottom and sides evenly.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the canned octopus or squid, tomato paste, paprika, parsley, and lemon juice. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the seafood mixture into the almond flour crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
