Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice the baguette into 1 cm thick pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the slices with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, black pepper, and remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well.
