- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams (halved)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the slices of whole grain bread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil on both sides.
- Toast the bread in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, goat cheese, chopped basil, and chives until well combined.
- Remove the toasted bread from the oven and spread the cheese mixture evenly on each slice.
