- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes and zucchini with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetable mixture on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until tender.
