  • Crème fraîche - 100 grams
  • Onion, thinly sliced - 1 medium
  • Bacon lardons - 100 grams
  • Gruyère cheese, grated - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

  • Fresh chives, chopped - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and place a baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. Roll out the gluten-free pizza dough on a floured surface to a rectangular shape, about 5 mm thick.
  3. Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Gruyère cheese over the crème fraîche.
  5. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced onions until they are translucent, about 5 minutes.
  6. Add the bacon lardons to the skillet and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  7. Distribute the sautéed onions and bacon evenly over the top of the tart.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Carefully transfer the tart to the preheated baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  10. Once baked, remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh chives, slice, and serve hot.
