Ingredients
- Gluten-free pizza dough - 200 grams
- Crème fraîche - 100 grams
- Onion, thinly sliced - 1 medium
- Bacon lardons - 100 grams
- Gruyère cheese, grated - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh chives, chopped - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and place a baking sheet inside to heat.
- Roll out the gluten-free pizza dough on a floured surface to a rectangular shape, about 5 mm thick.
- Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the grated Gruyère cheese over the crème fraîche.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced onions until they are translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the bacon lardons to the skillet and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes, then drain excess fat.
- Distribute the sautéed onions and bacon evenly over the top of the tart.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Carefully transfer the tart to the preheated baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Once baked, remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh chives, slice, and serve hot.
