  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 5 grams, chopped
  • Goat cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pastry dough into a round shape and place it in a 24 cm tart pan, trimming the edges as necessary.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, chopped thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat the tomatoes evenly.
  4. Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the pastry dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the tomatoes.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the tomatoes are slightly caramelized.
