Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pastry dough into a round shape and place it in a 24 cm tart pan, trimming the edges as necessary.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, chopped thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat the tomatoes evenly.
- Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the pastry dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the tomatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the tomatoes are slightly caramelized.
