Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 150 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh tomatoes - 300 grams, sliced
  • Goat cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and salt.
  3. Add the egg, olive oil, and water to the almond flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough into a 30 cm (12-inch) tart pan evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
  5. Prick the crust with a fork and bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  6. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the crust, overlapping them slightly.
  8. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the tomatoes.
  9. Season with black pepper and chopped basil.
  10. Return the tart to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  11. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
