- Egg - 1 large

- Water - 2 tablespoons

- Fresh tomatoes - 300 grams, sliced
- Goat cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and salt.
- Add the egg, olive oil, and water to the almond flour, mixing until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a 30 cm (12-inch) tart pan evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
- Prick the crust with a fork and bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
- Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the crust, overlapping them slightly.
- Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the tomatoes.
- Season with black pepper and chopped basil.
- Return the tart to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
