- Gruyère cheese - 100 grams, grated

- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your BBQ grill to medium-high heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a thin rectangle, about 2-3 mm thick.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.
- In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with salt, black pepper, and half of the chopped thyme.
- Spread the crème fraîche mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Arrange the sliced onions, zucchini, red bell pepper, and mushrooms evenly over the crème fraîche.
- Sprinkle the grated Gruyère cheese on top of the vegetables.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the toppings and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
- Carefully transfer the parchment paper with the tart onto the BBQ grill.
- Close the grill lid and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the dough is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Once cooked, remove the tart from the grill and let it cool for a minute.
- Garnish with the remaining fresh thyme before slicing and serving.
