  • Fresh mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 leaves
  • Black olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the gluten-free pizza crust on a lightly floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out crust onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the surface of the crust.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the mustard layer.
  6. Arrange the sliced mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the mustard.
  7. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced black olives on top of the cheese.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
