  • Morteau sausage - 100g, sliced
  • Gruyère cheese - 100g, grated
  • Crème fraîche - 50g
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the crème fraîche with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the garlic crème fraîche evenly over the gluten-free pizza base.
  4. Evenly distribute the sliced Morteau sausage over the crème fraîche layer.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Gruyère cheese on top of the sausage.
