  • Vegan cheese (optional) - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, olive oil, and water. Knead until you form a smooth dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. While the dough is resting, peel and slice the potatoes thinly (about 2-3 mm thick).
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the sliced potatoes with minced garlic, thyme, black pepper, and nutritional yeast if using. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a circular shape that fits your baking tray (about 30 cm in diameter).
  6. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Arrange the potato slices in an overlapping pattern on the dough, starting from the outer edge and working your way in.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and season with a little more salt and pepper.
