  • Fresh asparagus - 150 grams
  • Ricotta cheese - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil - a handful, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a baking sheet.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to the baking sheet and brush the surface with olive oil.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Trim the asparagus and arrange it on top of the ricotta layer.
